The Strategy
To capture the imagination of the Kepong community, the team under the guidance of CY ensured that the project’s strategic positioning, brand image and key features were conceptualized to appeal to hearts and minds of this closely-knit neighbourhood.
Trinity Lemanja or (lè mèng jiā), which means a happy and harmonious dream home in Mandarin, was envisaged as a safe and conducive haven for those who desire a place to truly call home. The project’s features and facilities were designed to fulfil our buyers’ desire to live their dream lifestyle with an emphasis on 3 key features, which are placemaking, security and comfort.
The element of comfort extends beyond the internal layouts of the units, and is reflected in the project’s positioning of being the First Condominium in Kepong with spectacular glasshouse club facilities. Spanning 3,700 sq ft, the glasshouse comes fully equipped with facilities for private functions and family gatherings further strengthening the concept of a home where the value of family togetherness is key.
The Execution
A 30-day brand activation campaign “Jia (home) Is Where the Heart Is” was rolled out where Trinity’s sales ambassadors made their daily rounds at popular Kepong hotspots to initiate the daily “IsYourJiaWhereYourHeartIsChallenge” to get prospective buyers excited and intrigued about the project and its exceptional features.
In order to keep the momentum going, Trinity engaged influencers, radio hosts and deejays from 988 FM to drive social media buzz and attention to the project further driving footfall to its sales gallery.
