The Strategy
In order to break through the clutter, the team under the leadership of CY, who was then the CMO of Trinity Group, ensured that the company’s brand image, product positioning and value proposition were carefully crafted to create a leap in value for its buyers. The name Pentamont (a portmanteau that combines two words “penthouse” and “Mont’ Kiara”) was created to represent a new category of game-changing condominiums crafted out of liberating spaces and well-planned designs to create a living experience reserved for residents of penthouses.
The Execution
A unique integrated campaign “Size Does Matter” was mooted to promote Trinity Pentamont, highlighting the core selling point of the units’ luxurious built-up areas. We used this for our campaign and worked with our agency partner to fly out 2 Sumo wrestlers from Japan to launch the property. We built a sumo ring in the showroom living area and conducted a live sumo match witnessed by the media and other targeted stakeholders. Media members also took part in a fully interactive event followed by tours of the show units.
